September, 2017. On September 7 and 8 this year, craft brewing apprenticeship programme, Craft Academy is opening its first ever London training brewery in Herne Hill, bringing apprentice-led brewing to the capital.
Daniel Scott, 25 and Nancy Nangle, 26 were picked out of thousands of applicants to become Craft Academy’s first ever apprentices in October 2016. They are both over halfway through their bespoke NVQ level 3, and they are inviting beer lovers and budding brewers to come along to the event.
